This is our all time favorite healthy comfort food. The lasagna is loaded with ground turkey, roasted vegetables AND my secret is 5 different kinds of cheese!! Blended cottage, Parmesan, Goat cheese, shredded Mozzarella and Fresh Mozzarella. Instead of lasagna noodles, we roast zucchini for the layers. This comes with side of lightly seasoned steamed french green beans. No substitutions available.
